The Del Webb Horseshoe Club is located at the Del Webb Spruce Creek Golf and Country Club in Summerfield Florida on state road 27/441. We have 12 clay courts. Members and non members may utilize the facilities, during daylight hours only, to play or practice. We are members of the Tri County Horseshoe League (Marion, Sumter and Lake Counties) with schedule play from December through April. This is a handicap league that plays on Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM. We also have a community fun league that consists of two person teams that plays on Tuesday morning, at 9:00 AM, including a community tournament at the end of the season. The Del Webb Horseshoe Club caps of its season with a traditional annual pig roast. For more information, please contact anyone listed below. The Del Web Horseshoe Club tournaments on February 17th 2024 will start at: 9 AM (morning classes) and 1 PM (afternoon classes). Please sign in at least 30 minutes before start. All classes will pitch 40/50 shoes (or more for tie-breakers). A maximum of 56 players can enter each tournament. Please call early, the spots fill up fast; first-come, first-served! ATTENTION Your entry fee will not be refunded to you if you cancel after 4:00 PM two days prior to the tournament date, which is also when tournament sign-ups close.
